Designed for all levels of business employees, students learn how to communicate effectively in an organization. Students will learn the theories of management and plan communications flow. You will learn the theories of motivation and identify motivational tools to increase productivity. Students will discuss issues with stress, anger and learn to mediate conflict. You will learn to empower team members in a diverse work culture and environment.
