Summary:  This course prepares students for CompTIA A+™ certification Hardware and Operating System exams. Students new to the computer industry will gain the entry level skills required to install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair PC hardware components and systems. Students will build on their skills using a Windows-based operating system to learn the specific skills needed to install, maintain, and troubleshoot the Windows 9x, Windows 2000, and Windows XP operating systems.
